At Madikwe Berry we strive for sustainability in all ways: as a business, for our customers, employees and shareholders; socially, for the upliftment of the communities around us; and for the environment, about which we are passionate.

We don't just talk about sustainability – we practise it in every way possible.

We conduct our business with the utmost integrity towards our people, our customers and the environment. Some examples of this are the way we recruit our staff, from the rural villages around us; the way we construct self-contained areas around any places we use and store chemicals, to ensure chemicals never leak into the earth in the unlikely event there's a spill; and the way we plough our profits back into the conservation of Africa and her endangered animals.
